The grapes selected for this wine were sourced from a vineyard located at 1,400 masl (4,600 fasl), with sandy loam soil high espalier training system, and drip irrigation.
Manual harvest. Pre-fermentative maceration for 10 days, followed by a 15-day fermentation using indigenous yeasts.
Intensely red with violet hues, this wine expresses floral and fresh fruit notes reminiscent of strawberries and blackberries. It is pleasant on the attack, with balanced acidity, ripe tannins and a magnificent fruity character. A seductive wine awaiting to be discovered.
